"This 'Snorks' Reboot Bites"

Films: Terror Beneath the Sea (1966)

Alias: None

Type: Man-Made

Location: Haunted Home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: An evil lair can go almost anywhere. Be it an active volcano, a place underground, or in this case, a place 3,000 feet below the sea, there's a plethora of spots to engineer the collapse of civilization for the sake of putting yourself on a pedestal.

History: Seeking to implement a totalitarian society unto the world, the deliciously hammy shades-wearing Prof. Moore decided to take humans, and transform them into complacent memory-storing cyborg fish-men. A bit far-fetched, but keep in mind this is the same guy who wears shades in a place far from the sun.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After a missile hits a specific spot on Moore's base, the cyborgs go berserk, and proceed to murder everyone in their path. Soon, all of them and their creators are blown up with the base via time bomb. One cyborg, before this happens, shoots Dr. Moore.

Powers/Abilities: They can sustain more damage than the average human.

Weakness: While durable, they're not invunerable.

Scariness Factor: 2-These cyborgs look like someone cloned the Gill-Man's idiot second cousin. The most glaring feature has to be that they've all gone inexplicably cross-eyed. The result is impossible to take seriously.

Trivia: -This film was directed by Hajime Sato, who would go on to direct something...considerably darker. Something about a thing nicknamed Goke...

-Dr. Moore was played by Erik Neilson, who's other only two roles remain uncredited. So much so that we can't be bothered to name them.

A bit on the nose with the title.

Bad fishes! What you gonna do when they come for you?!

"Could have made me look less freakish?"
So, the cyborg at the end was a secret agent?

"Okay, men. Remember your training. At least, I think we're all men. We need more girls is what I'm saying."

"We saw the other guy, so we figured being a kaiju was the next best thing!"
"Okay. I'd like to know how THIS happened."

"This is for that raise you never gave me!"
